Creators who are planning to undergo cultural study or research based in Tokyo more than 30 days.
Number of Applications to be Accepted:
Limited to a small number of creators.
Application period:
From 1 September (Wed) to 31 October (Sun), 2010
*Application Form must arrive at TWS Aoyama no later than 31 October (Sun), 2010. The application must be sent by traceable delivery service.
