A new network within Res Artis, the Microresidence Network connects independent “small scale” residencies internationally in an effort to make visible the macro possibilities of the micro. The network is designed to offer a platform for discussion, exchange and sharing of experiences, skills and advice in the pursuit of fostering new forms of collaboration and understanding between these various initiatives, pointing towards the important role microresidencies play in providing new alternatives and new opportunities in the arts field.
